      The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Bonus

      Though the management already knows what work you have done and how you are progressing yet sometimes you may be asked about your contributions in the work done.

      Pros

      I worked at Hashchain Fintech full time for more than 2 years. Senior management has an amazing mission to make company employee concentric and always ready for the feedback. Very collaborative enviornment. Seniors always encourage to get out of comfort zone to enhance skills. I have seen few people in this company who started at very basic level and now are expert of skills sets. I learned a lot, thanks to God for having this opportunity in my life.

      Company is working on very dynamic project so we need to work hard to keep up the pace with changing enviornment.

      Hell Environment and future in this company

      Pros

      Infrastructure is good but working environment is bad, If you can survive in such type of suffocated environment, then this company is certainly for you.

      Cons

      Company is not good in terms of culture and working environment. Minimum working hours are 8 in paper, but in actual it is 10 hours and sometimes even to 12 apart from lunch. Saturdays are off in paper, but you have to work on that day as well. All the employees have been left due to bad policies setup by HR and Manager. Only freshers left in the company. The CEO thinks developers are labor here and if we are giving them money, they have to work minimum 12 hours. The manager is very bad. He lacks in management. He is only filling his pocket by taking free salary and usually cries in front of everyone when the blame supposed to be come on his name. No personal and professional work life balance. They even asked to leave the family for the company.
