      -good amount of holidays -hospitalisation insurance for the whole family, bicycle allowance and a reimbursement for public transport. -lots of courses available for further career development and personal growth

      Cons

      -no real disadvantages, perhaps that it is hard to get a contract of indefinite duration, but that is the case for all universities
