Pros

Apart from Friday Night Drink. Nothing More

Cons

Staff are over worked and underpaid. Cleaners are not paid as they should be and are continuously robbed for their money. Cleaners have no support from company especially when it comes to serious incidents. The staff do not care about the cleaners.

Unsavoury culture after acquisition

Pros

Good people trying to do good work, ability to advance quickly & show what you can do, albeit in a fairly stressful environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, most of the team had left after being acquired – feels like a very different company since then. Lack of knowledge or appreciation that product is what will make the company succeed.

Pros

Great open information culture with a fantastic founding team that stay heavily involved on the day to day. The company genuinely cares about their cleaners and puts them first. Pay for central London is actually quite well paid after a while, pay reviews are common and generous. Good attitude and intentions towards training and progression.

Cons

In practice, there is not actually much room to progress and a lot of closed mindedness near the top. Not willing to listen to solutions to obvious problems and issues, choosing to ignore them and until the problem happens. Quite a clear divide between management (almost elitist?) and other staff.
