-Management posting reviews as a "systems administrator" in order to artificially inflate reviews and discredit other reviewers as "sour grapes".

-Putting under experience employees into roles beyond their scope of experience.
-Treating salary employees like hourly employees and not providing comp time when a project takes extra time past a shift.
-Conflicting "policies" among management.
-Questionable billing and accounting practices with purchasing and reselling of non-profit donations back to the company that qualifies for the donation at an incredible markup from the processing fees of techsoup.
-Management showing up to work intoxicated and smelling of alcohol on occasion.
-No reaction to being informed that software licensing is being violated as part of a sold product.
-Salesman bragging that he is selling software solutions that he admits not to have gone through the training and knows nothing about because "people like him" and he can sell anything.
-Sitting in a meeting with a client while the salesman is giving wrong technical info to the client because they dont known the product and misrepresent it.
-Incredibly poor documentation that management wants non technical interns to translate into a new documentation platform
-Company shaming reports sent out daily to show everyone who has low numbers
-Multiple managers emailing about the same issues
-Company meetings where the sales team requests employees give favorable review for "best place to work" or to not leave one at all
-Management doesnt adhear to their own company values
-Poor contracts, everything is an exception with no real standards
-Company compares employee performance to dissimilar companies that are better structured and expects the same results.
-Employee wages are low compared to company income in contracts and hourly rates being billed for their time
