      Worst place to work. Bunch of bullies

      Pros

      none whatsoever besides the fact that one has a job.

      Cons

      The "management" team is one of the worst. They sucker in people on immigrant visas and entry level candidates into really low pay and move them around constantly. They treat people really bad. Super rude. They force people into contracts and expect the employees to honor their share while they don't do so themselves. Stay away from this place. There are other, better places too.

      Pros

      I was very happy with Hawkins Point Partners while I worked there - my leaving was in no way a negative reflection on the company. Their management team is very accessible, and they really are committed to their employees. It was a company that I felt proud to work for, and would recommend them to anyone considering employment with them. Most of their employees work remotely, but they hold regular meetings and get-togethers to help maintain a culture of connection.

      Cons

      The only con I found during my time there is that you are working remote, so it is more difficult to stay connected, but the company really works to help maintain that connection.

      Pros

      Challenging work with interesting clients. Supportive and positive environment.

      Cons

      Difficult commute at times. I would say challenging clients at times as well, but that is the same in any consulting organization.
