      - Everyone at Headlight is extremely knowledgeable, humble, and down to do the best work. - Fully remote company, which gives the freedom to live anywhere you want - WFH stipend is awesome - Monthly wellness benefit which you can use on a wide variety of things - Chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from innovative start-ups to emerging global brands

      Some of the best growth minds I have ever worked with across Social + SEM. Innovative measurement team. High performers get promoted very fast and given extra responsibility. Work from home is standard. Pays well

      Startup culture can be chaotic at times, but this is what you sign up for at a smaller company.

      Pros

      Working with an incredible group of hard workers who constantly are thinking outside the box to achieve great things. Everyone is on the same page of providing our clients a valuable and rewarding experience, and will do what it takes to make that happen. The company has received awards in AdWeek for being one of the top up and coming ad agencies and it’s for good reason.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, the internal process management varies from team to team, but VPs and cross-team channels communicate frequently to ensure client success. They are working to streamline this with time, but client success comes first.
