- Complaints about teaching staff (neglect to teach even when asked to weekly.)
- They don't value their workers, you are just a number, and they show this by regular turn over of staff
- They mistreat their physios, to the point that's its a borderline human rights issue
- Dodgy contract. It raised a number of red flags.
- Don't give warnings for issues, instead the manager sits at the front desk and loudly complains to all the other staff about their colleague, and in front of clients too (didn't happen to me but she did it about all the physios, it always made me uncomfortable)
- Higher management are out of touch with what is happening at some of their locations for the company
- They are stingy with money. If anything breaks it takes them months to fix, they buy cheap quality products and wonder why they break, and they will never give you a pay rise (as the manager and senior physio complained about alot at front desk).
- Upper management count cancellations and are overly concerned with why staff can't control cancellation counts.
- Bias against pregnancy
- Talk negatively about previous staff members at reception.
