An example of the poorest leadership. Arrogant leaders who think they know everything but actually know nothing except obsolete software engineering. We interviewed a few amazing guys who were skilled and smart, but they were all rejected. Instead, they hired overconfident but unskilled people. I'm not talking about the quality of the visual design, which deteriorates every month, yet they are still unable to replace the designer with a competent one.
