You will be able to learn many Technologies and will be able to implement Fun to work with the team, Employees behaves as a family and work together It has a flat hierarchy. You can reach the CEO at any point in time HR is kind and supportive of employees and Management. She manages employee issues well and sorts them as soon as possible.
