Pros

Only good thing about this company is that they operate in healthcare space. So with technology the intent is to serve people.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment in India offices. GuidingCare used to be good before owner sold it to HealthEdge. A clueless and very biased Chief Technology Officer joined. He has an SVP who only knows support and yelling at people. Expects people to work late night. if you say anything, you can get fired. New site incharge believes in settling personal scores. He recently fired a long term employee just because he countered his point in a meeting. Sick culture, and fire people every other month. STAY AWAY!

Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the environment in Hyderabad - although it can take time to adjust to new leaders and their leadership style, feel free to share your concerns with your HR team. Thank you for the feedback.

Pros

No pros for now. Where GuidingCare division is going?

Cons

Not sure if the US leadership in GuidingCare thinking about Product or business growth or just wanted to be selfish as they don’t have any product innovation plans and growth plans, After the old leadership (Founder) some months were tough to understand but slowly some positive changes started seeing on the floor in Hyderabad (which is the main development Center) and things started moving in the right direction in terms of positivity, collaboration, delivery, etc but US GuidingCare leadership again shuffled HYD leadership which is again taking the floor to anxiety. If such a random decision US GuidingCare leadership will take, we will definitely lose the core product knowledge base Resources in the HYD Center. Secondly, GuidingCare doesn’t have a strong Human resources department locally which is a big Gap in making connections with ‘Humans’ (Resources) and working for their career path which defiantly will take the company to grow.

Thank you for your feedback - our India HR team is working hard to assuage any concerns about leadership changes, which are common in any growing organization. They may not be local, but they are engaged and tuned in to what is happening on the ground, so feel free to reach out to them.

Pros

The company (Hyderabad office) was indeed a happy workplace but not anymore

Cons

With the recent abrupt changes, lost all the trust in the HR Leadership and the wisdom of the Top Executive Leadership. The company was actually going in such a optimistic and growth driven path, employees were well taken care and petty politics destroyed everything.
