My time at this company was one of the most challenging roles till date. It was a small team then and I learned to multi task and manage like never before. As a counsellor, it was exciting to get to learn the business side of things.

Multi tasking took away from my focus on one-on-one counseling work

Pros

Working in healthEminds gives me a great job experience. The Best part of my job is working with some of the great employees that were very hard working and dedicated. That gives me a direction to polish my skills.

Cons

They never paid for my vacations that I found unfair.
