Cons

Management team is a liability to the company. Upper management and HR are bias and lazy. Several mistakes are made daily including sending the wrong records out to the wrong companies which is indeed a violation. Team leads are childish and messy. The company is full of chaos. Nothing reported is taken serious don’t bother just document and sue!

Remote work available, but toxic environment prevails

Pros

The only pro to working for this company is that it's remote and that they provide equipment. Not the most efficient equipment but they do provide it. Which most companies do but I had to provide a pro.

Constant changes within the company processes, structures, and policies Inadequate training Workplace bullying Constructive dismissal (they will make work conditions and metrics impossible and raise them every chance they get and take away work week hours) EXTREME MICRO MANAGING Management and Team Lead are all unqualified and workplace bullies Inadequate training Fire staff often Lack diversity Zero chance in promotions Constant lost of clients due to lack of training and onboarding errors Highschool environment leads have a whole chat where they talk about co workers on their team. EXTREMELY LOW PAY NO REAL RAISES

Great pay, enjoyable if you love data entry, with a great manager you will enjoy your time.

Cons

Good managers are few and far between. When my manager left, I had no assistance for my role. My role was hybrid and required management assistance.
