    Pros

    Great Training, Energy around Selling. Its hard work and you have call. My Sales Leader gave me lots of leads to make me successful.

    Cons

    Leads vary , lots of bad leads, but if you call them enough, you can make money. The New Agent bonus money is no enough, most companies are giving 3 to 5k bonus.

    Be your own boss, Territory Manager (Arnie) is really good and keeps it real.

    Cons

    Commission check takes a while to build up, so this is not practical for most people especially young people. But if you can swing it, you can build a solid business over time

    Great Company. Provides a good training platform, software and the tools to help you be successful. The CRM is robust with the quick access to training model and up to date production.

    Cons

    Leads are horrible, B leads , disconnected numbers , angry clients. Want you to pay $32 for a Live transfer, most of them are bad

    Good start to learn about health insurance.

    Cons

    leads are no good. Nobody care about your needs. Upline doesn't help much. Every one is for themselves. Have to be self motivated. Commisson is low compare to other places. It gets harder every year to maintain tier level. They take most of your residual so u have to work harder..
