Pros

If put on a good team, helpful supervisors. 5 day work week, No forced overtime. 40 hour workweek. Not much outbound calls, primarily inbounds unless returning calls. Full benefits

Cons

Lots of extra work with no additional pay. A raise of .75 cents in a year, Changing supervisors and teams every few months. Very quick to fire, not quick to help. Strict over minimal wording requirements.
