Pros
Occasionally get to try products, lots of free alcohol If you're Ukrainian or Russian they'll love you Literally nothing else
Cons
Company refuses to acknowledge/address sexual harassment claims Company can't take constructive criticism HR is a joke Toxic, unhealthy work environment created by management Small company but CEOs don't understand what their individual employees do For being a wellness company they really don't care about their employees

Weekly Pay. Holidays off. They will pay for whatever you need for your office. (New laptop, work phone, desk, etc.)
Cons
Management does not believe in titles so there is no structure. No room to grow. You will be tasked to do things outside of your job description without being paid more. No one has been there for more than 3-4 years. (Company has been around for 10) No PTO
