Pros

Heat and Control has bigger clients and long running projects, which allows them to retain their employees for long period. Always Job Security. They offer standard leaves and over-time compensations. Whereas for a small scale company, this may vary. Work/Life Balance is great.

To start a career as a fresher its a good one to start with and we can get a good exposure in design & manufacturing of food processing & preparation equipment

Cons
