Pros
A uniquely collaborative and innovative work environment where people have the freedom to work on what they want to. Hecate Energy has one of the largest solar development pipelines in the US but a small diverse team that values individuals and the expertise they bring. It’s a really good place to work that focuses a lot on employee experience and exciting projects.
Cons
Less structured than larger companies so people need to be comfortable with ambiguity, but that’s great for people to find their own solutions to problems.
