Pros
Pay compensation, opportunity for sales, some truely great coworkers, reasons to drink. Profit sharing.
Cons
A few terrible coworkers that get away with stuff for a long time if repremanded at all. Family run dealer about to change hands to grandsons. Nepotism. Health care plans that rival the middle ages. Contantly trying to add duties and push for higher sales revenue without providing more support or more efficient processes.

-if your not part of the upper mannagements clique your not valuable -management doesnt comunicate with workers or ask questions- just jump to conclusions, so don't get on wrong persons bad side -favourites can do no wrong
