The company has drifted from its mission and Dr. Heggerty’s vision and is now only focused on producing a bottom line for its private equity owners and lining the pockets of the senior leadership team. There is no care, concern or commitment to the employees on the front lines creating relationships with partners and helping carve a niche in marketplace. Every employee is disposable.
