      Pros

      Great people and competitive deals. Chris Hehmeyer has as much history and as many connections as anyone in the business. When I started (a long time ago) this company truly valued employees they made offers to and invested heavily in trader development.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a lot in the last few years. I don't really know enough about the company anymore to accurately list any cons.
