      Disgusting work culture, 7 days work week, they say 40 hours but pull 60-70 out of you every week out of spite, senior devs have so much ego for literally no reason, interviews are basically just dsa

      - Nothing but full ownership

      Cons

      - No salary from 5months - They have money getting from the clients, but they are greedy and not paying salaries - Working hours are flexible - 70 hours a week - as working ours are flexible they call at midnight or early morning - Working Days are from Monday to Sunday - No holidays - huge work they tell 70 hours a week but you do more than that - in this company i think con is the CEO he talk some rubbish some days like he has gone mad - all others are cons only i did not get to see ant pros

      No pros for this company. Having worked for more than 2 years, I feel I have wasted my time at this company.

      Cons

      The management is very poor with no vision. They will literally micro manage you and exhaust you from within. Its better you look for other opportunities rather than joining this company.
