      Nice people Good work/life balance (well, short working hours) Decent benefit package Job for life if you want it

      Cons

      avergae age of employees very high poor salary-good and bad staff get paid pretty much the same low staff morale iniative not welcome Most young staff leave after a few years

      you don't have to do a lot of work and you can basically leave at night or arrive in the morning whenever you want, salary is pretty decent

      Cons

      culture is not good, most People are very old and nothign ever seems to work

      Office is located in mid-town, so it is convenient for meetings. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get promoted, especially if you are not German.
