      Careful with the 3 headed hydra

      Pros

      Easy work, little demand on skills.

      Cons

      Trust and collaboration are lacking. You will get in trouble if you reach out to collogues without permission. Union rules with work and scope of work, if it's not in the SOW it's not getting done so lots of stuff is left undone. Don't question why stuff is the way it is, that kind of attitude.
