- Smart, hardworking, kind coworkers - Everyone works hard, but also knows how to have fun with each other. - Flexible work environment - Leadership really cares about you - Really good benefits for a start-up - Company is growing fast and you really feel like you are part of a team working together to build it. - All ideas and opinions are welcome no matter what team or level you are on

- Because it's a start-up, things can change quickly, which might not suit people that are more accustomed to corporate structure/process.
