      Pros

      HelloBetter for me means teamwork, tolerance, fairness, goal-oriented working, flat hierarchies and working for a great goals as helping people with mental struggles or illnesses.

      Cons

      very start-up-like it gets chaotic sometimes, but I guess you get that with working in a start-up which on the other side has a lot of advantages
