      Pros

      Great product and good compensation

      Cons

      Here are the cons in no particular order. I would not recommend joining this company. It's a super start-up with no direction. -Lack of integrity -No real benefits -You will have to sign up for your own health insurance and they will reimburse you. That's about all you'll get. -No parking and they won't pay for it -They are super successful in Europe, but they have no idea what they're doing in the US, and won't listen to others that have more experience in the space. -They are cutting corners instead of investing where it counts -No storytelling or brand story -No proper training or processes are in place and they refuse to slow down and implement this.

We would like to address what we can: - Health insurance is of course a matter of course (as well as a few other perks such as home-office or flexible and/or trustbased working hours) - We offer individual coachings for personal and professional career development of our employees and encourage all employees to attend professional conferences and/or community-events to relevant discourses - We offer parking space in both the headquarter in Berlin, Germany as well as our office in Los Angeles (US) - HelloBody has a very clear brandstory and a widely ranged product portfolio with close to 50 items (tendency increasing) in the field of highly effective skincare Last but not least: We have a low employee turnover and a very strong company culture that fosters employee motivation at a maximum level. People enjoy working with HelloBody and as a company we are very proud of this. We appreciate your feedback and hope we were able to address a few of your issues.

      Pros

      A startup that has the benefits of an established company. The people are amazing to work with; very collaborative environment!

      Cons

      Working in the smaller office, the communication with the headquarters is really hard. The company needs to do a better job at bridging the communication gap and also making it better for work/life balance.

      Good times are gone

      Pros

      I learned a lot over the first time. It's a very positive point in my CV now that I am looking for new jobs. I loved the job, I loved the team, I loved the spirit. Teams were given trust, included and perceived as valuable. At HelloBody and Invincible Brands I had a very good time in my worklife and it will be hard for future jobs to compete with the satisfaction the team and business gave me.

      Cons

      With the Acquisition of the mother Invincible Brands through a big german corporation a new management team was installed. Simultaneaously that was the point when all things started going downhill. HelloBody is being managed by the mothercompany now and that was the point when the culture started to be poisoned, there was no trust anymore, no freedom, employees started to burn out. Over the time of the last months most major employees that built the business left. The old CEO left. Then most of the remaining old employees were made leave. There's no value of individuals in the new organization, no diversity, no culture or the secret that made everything successful. Communication does not take place anymore, people are left in the dark, there's bullying and it's becoming very political, innovation is not taking place anymore.
