      Toxic culture undermines good ideas and training efforts

      Pros

      Great product discounts and nice corporate offices.

      Cons

      Very poorly run company. The distribution center operations is a very toxic boys club, rife with blame culture and senior leadership throwing junior leaders under the bus. Good ideas from the "wrong" people aren't listened to, and bad ideas from the "in crowd" are pushed through – and quickly fail. Building and executing effective training is always seen as a road block, and then used as a scapegoat. Hard to see how things will improve in the current state.

      Pros

      The company is very diverse, and they care about diversity and sustainability. Most of the employees are very friendly. If you care to navigate through the complicated system of the perks, they are actually pretty good and can help you save a lot of money.

      Cons

      The company is still going through a lot of changes post-covid, and the pressure is coming down on the employees. It's like a startup as it is still quite chaotic when it comes to organizational structures and ownership, but it also has a corporate style when you have to do intensive planning and reporting.
