Helpside is a small business and as a result of this they do not have a set upward career path for each position. If title changes are important to you as a career recognition then Helpside would not be a good fit. However, if you are up for seeing opportunities in the business and are confident enough to raise your hand and offer solutions you will love Helpside!

Little flexibility in how days and hours are scheduled and time-off policies, it benefits the company not the employee, Beware of hiring into the payroll department, other departments seem to be better. In payroll they are constantly changing policies without telling you. You need to do a lot of brown nosing to get ahead. Very cliquish. If one employee does something wrong the whole department suffers the consequences and has to be punished by living with new restrictions. Lots of outdated policies. Managers say they want us to have a work life balance but there is a lot of micro-managing. The underlying focus in payroll by managers is control.
