Pros

You will get a lot of experience in a very short period of time. They cover all aspects of HVAC construction, core and shell to smaller fit-outs.

Cons

The responsibilities for each role are not defined clearly so you end up being responsible for everything. Which could be a good thing with a good team/client and a nightmare with bad.

Pros

Met nice people and have diverse group of employees, at least below the management line.

Cons

No bonuses, no real benefits, huge wage gap, no incentives to stay. Expect for people to do the work of 2 or more people. Top heavy and no females in any management/supervisory position.

For me, the workplace is in a good location which makes the daily travel to work easy. And I am proud to be part of a business that is effectively run by a visionary and forward-thinking CEO who is backed by excellent management teams.
