Pros

If you're socially awkward, this is a great place to be in a few departments. Nice attorneys for the most part. Profit sharing and decent benefits but nothing too crazy.

Cons

Tedious and boring. Felt like an assembly line.

Xmas bonus, free parking, nice facilities

Cons

Everything is done piece meal. Hard to see the big picture of any of the cases you work on. Makes it difficult to feel part of a team and hard to celebrate wins or mourn losses. Feels less like legal work and more like paper pushing.

A lot of work to be done, people are friendly and helpful, opportunities for more responsibility and experience when you seek them out

Cons

The hours can be a lot but as a younger attorney that seems expected. Pay isn't as high as the firms of its size in downtown stl and it should be. Not much training- steep learning curve.
