Pros

Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow as a new attorney. Management encourages collaboration, and there is a strong focus on client advocacy and professional development. I appreciate the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and continue building my legal skills.

Cons

Like many fast-paced plaintiff firms, the workload can be demanding and requires strong organization and time management. It can take time to learn internal systems and processes, but the experience is valuable.
