      A family company under Hertz brand name umbrella

      Pros

      A good company due to stability in a liquid bad professional reality in Greece. Also a relatively good name to add in you CV.

      Cons

      Very bad climate in various daily interaction among employees. Obsolete mentality in many issues. No promotional opportunities. No contemporary methods of assesing personell.

      A large profitable Greek Company. Payments on time.

      Cons

      Low salaries opposed to excessive working requirements. Horrible working environment. No respect from the superiors. Ineffective management from of a small group of "relatives" and "friends". No opportunities to evolution. No training programs. Not any respect to the customers. Only lies.
