Pros
Leadership is generally hands off and there is little micromanagement. The working hours are manageable and the shift pattern is reasonable. The day to day workload is not overly demanding.
Cons
Good performance is not rewarded in a meaningful way. Progression opportunities are very limited. Rules and expectations are not applied consistently across the team. Some employees appear to be treated more favourably than others. Raising concerns often feels unproductive. Team culture is undermined by gossip and favouritism. Long term pay growth appears limited.
