      The engineering team is capable and hardworking

      Senior engineer stakeholders often insert themselves into projects late in the process and introduce significant requirement changes after work is already underway. These last minute changes frequently disrupt delivery timelines, yet responsibility for resulting issues is placed on the execution teams. There appears to be a culture of escalation over collaboration, with limited accountability from decision makers. Engineers spend more time reacting to changing directions than building solutions.
