Steep learning curve with lots of responsibility since day one. You will face a young, motivated and hard working team of young professionals who will entice you to give your best and to excel in your responsibilities. You will feel like you're developing your skills. Additionally, you may also find the company a good fit if you look for a company of innovators.
Cons
Very unstable company structure, highly competitive intra-group ambient. Much in resemblance with some startup companies, Hifficiency has a very high deficiency in structured procedures and protocols. Additionally, on the day to day business, it seems too centered on short-term profitability, despising long-term opportunities.
