Company is run by maniacal C-level executives whose intention is to break you down and make you feel as stupid and worthless as possible in the first phase of their managerial strategy. You will then question your worth, and immediately start working based on fear. Imagine working for someone with bipolar disorder who refuses to be medicated. That is what this place is. Fresh contributory ideas are not allowed here, and egos conflict with the overall progression of this company making any strides. You will get paid well under what the market is paying, and get treated like a dog. Never in my life have I come across a company where blatant disrespect is the norm. If you're working there and thinking about quitting, please do so immediately. The little pay and benefits you get from this company is not worth jeopardizing your mental health over. CEO is never there by the way. Maybe two hours a day. Just goes to show how bad this company is. Product is near impossible to sell - all you see is bad reviews online - see for yourself on Amazon. They'll even coerce you into writing fake reviews on Amazon to try and offset all the negative ones. I lived in constant fear every single day going into work, knowing that I would be tormented by the C-level executives, and called into their office every 30 minutes to be brutally chewed out for things that weren't my fault. Again, this is the norm. I've seen things at this company that are likely illegal, not only the way they rip off their customers - but also internally, the way they treat their employees. If I took videos of some of the things I've seen in that office, I could probably have sued. Last but not least, if you decide to use the bathroom at this place, make sure you bring your own soap. The company is so cheap that they refuse to refill the soap bottles in the bathroom with real soap - instead they just dilute what little soap is left in the bottle from previous use with water to make it last longer. FYI if you can't afford soap, why are you even running a company? Please do the world a favor and shut your doors permanently.

If you're thinking about applying, don't, go apply somewhere else. I'm dead serious. The turnover rate is extremely high and most people want to leave less than 1 month of employment. Whatever role you are applying for, you will not get it and you’ll get shoehorned into a role where they need you. Applying for Technical support? There are no IT jobs here and you’ll be put into sales or wherever they want. It’s famously called the “bait n switch.” The positive reviews written on here are fake (there are 2 reviews from India). Also, the "Good compny" 5/5 review below is fake and the manager is absolutely not “friendly”. The benefits are almost nonexistent. You will get paid only once a month, not bi-weekly. If you are late by 5 minutes, you will lose 1 hour of pay. You will be writing SOPs regularly, even if you don't know what you're doing. Oh, you don't know what's an SOP? You don't wanna find out. You will be micromanaged everyday and every hour. Every email you send out will be monitored and everything you do will be criticized. The environment is extremely tense and toxic as you work in fear not knowing when they will call you in just to blast you. Management loves to belittle you and talk down to you. You make one mistake, they act like it's the end of the world. They do not treat employees with any respect unless you are a personal favorite. Yes, there is extreme favoritism here and it's disgusting. If you are not one of their favorites, you won't get any raises and will get blasted every single day. This company is extremely cheap. When the weather is cold, they will avoid turning on the heater; if it’s hot, praise the lord if they even bother turning on the A/C. You’ll get scolded for asking for another pen or even a battery for your mouse. Standard equipment is junk and the computer monitors are from 1997.
