I am very sorry that your experience at Higher Images did not match our intention of making your position a fun, empowering, and enriching experience. As a small, but growing digital marketing agency that has been around for over 16 years and recently winning “One of the Best Places to Work in Western PA”, the potential for career growth solely depends on the passion and dedication of our team to make this company the best it’s ever been. With an awesome team in place, we’ve been able to make a lot of exciting changes since you’ve left! We’ve moved into a much larger office space, allowing our team-members more space to collaborate, feel-comfortable, and blow off some steam with our ping-pong tables and corn-hole sets. We’ve also expanded our team, adding very diverse and valuable skills to service our growing base of clients. We continue to promote a culture of being a self-starter, creativity, and being able to achieve results with minimal guidance. We constantly strive to make all of our employees feel valued by empowering them in their current roles so they can continue to grow professionally in their fields. I am deeply disappointed by this review and I fully take responsibility for not paying more attention to your needs as a once valued member of this team. I truly wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
