Interesting field, there's market opportunity. Not difficult to get the job.
Cons
Narcissistic and condescending management prioritizes their own egos over sound science. Double standards between locations. Hard work is not rewarded or acknowledged. There is no HR to protect you or keep management in check. Genuine questions are met with open hostility and belittlement.
