The company has enough commercial workload courtesy its sister entities like MSC (Meditteranean Shipping Company) and Samsara group.
Cons
1. Clear cut processes and methods are not followed. 2. No respect or regard for professional competence, qualifications or experience. 3. No transparency. 4. Interference of finance dept / CFO in matters where he has no competence. 5. CEO is too prone to gossip of head of the company's container freight station at Uran (Bendakhal village) and reacts to whispering campaigns run by him, resulting in the most competent talent leaving the company out of disgust.
