      Good and helping people. Salary is somewhat fine for starters.

      Cons

      Iteration rate is too high. Worst management. No hierarchy, only one man show. Total Anarchy. If you want to screw your career you can join this company.

      Pros

      Cant think of any pros in this company. If you are the CEO of this company, then maybe you like it.

      Cons

      1) Very rigid regarding office timings. Have to punch in and punch out. 2) Carpenter also can get hired here as software engineer. 3) Treat employees like slaves. Can't take more than 10 mins break. No coffee machine. 4) Very Low pay. The starting salary is the same since centuries for an associate software engineer.
