the colleagues are great, team leads make a great job to have a motivated team

Cons

the difference between Warehouse and Office employees is gigantic. In the warehouse, most all desicions are made by people who never work in the production lines, the goals are very difficult to reach mostly because there is always a problem or there are not enough work material available. Salary is too low and the balance with life is almost impossible

-Unprofessional and inexperienced management: Management spends hours talking about their toxic personal life at work, coming in late, leaving early and playing favorites. -Toxic work environment: Managers have moved up in the company because they flirted their way up. -Poor training: Piers are training piers.

Cons

The company clings on to their start up mentality where people are working their behinds off for a low salary. In a real start up this can make sense for a shorter period of time to help getting the company off the ground. But this company makes loads of profit, while still treating employees like they have to go the extra mile. I found the environment toxic in the sense that gossiping about collegues was normal behavior. Also management had a blaming attitude towards employees: if something went wrong or didn't go as expected there was zero understanding or taking part of the responsability. Just pointing fingers.
