Pros

Well, unless you are white collar you are treated less than human.

Cons

There is little job security because the industry is cyclical. Constantly threatened to be fired by management, and that goes for everyone. Unfortunately this is a slow dying company. There are also numerous individuals who should have went to HR about 15 years ago to let them know that they retired.

Not a good place to work

Pros

Its a job and it pays but not well.

Cons

Upper management especially the new management that came in last year is clueless in how to properly manage a business. Your constantly threatened to be fired, which lowers moral. The pay is not competitive, and terrible benefits. They act like your lucky to be there. They take jobs that they are not equip to handle and then the job is late and its every other persons fault why management cannot take proper jobs that can be done on time.Sloppy work done in general. They took away paid 15 minute breaks and a paid lunch. You will never be promoted because most of the people in management positions have been there for years and unless they die you will not be promoted. Overall a terrible place to work.
