- good pay - experience - your ideas will be heard - close to liberty state park (fun lunch break) - pretty showroom

Cons

- a company full of bosses rather than leaders - project managers that refuse to part with their ego - no loyalty, doesn't matter what you do for them or how long you've been with them, they will not hesitate to be shady and let you go - soul sucking - major negative vibes - pretty much everyone is miserable

fridays end early and you can leave at 5pm as long as you finished your job, some peaple are really nice but only A FEW

Cons

A very gloomy and unorganized company. It is very difficult to convince people to what is right especially those who have worked for many years. everybody knows everything. some People are selfish and can blame you anytime or throw you under the bus . Even if the bosses smile at you, you don't know what they are thinking about you. you are constantly working with the fear of being fired. being happy here is difficult.
