Pros

Great clients, and great co-workers in the house

Cons

Pretty much everything. Administration doesn't care about you, and have even gone as far as to call those working with clients "replaceable." Lousy pay (not a lot of that is their fault, but you should see the checks admin brings in compared to the people). They will work you hours and hours and don't want to hear anything negative. I can't say more about how much they suck.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. So much has changed at Home Life since 2017. The administrative leadership team, the culture, the expectations we have for our managers and the compensation structure. I hope former employees that had negative experiences in the past might reconsider us in the future.
