      Pros

      Home Select is a really good place to grow as a professional. People are really kind and the work environment is nice. Cultural diversity and entrepreneur professionals make the daily work really enjoyable. Connexion between departments makes you learn different things. Beautiful workplace.

      Cons

      Due to the purpose of providing a luxury service to the client, employees also work one or two weekends per month.

      Pros

      The department has a familiar enviroment and people are helpful and kind with each other. I learnt a lot through practical assignment and meetings with the team.

      Cons

      The administrative department is far away from the main office and we lose time walking from one place to another.

      The place to be in real estate and home management in Spain. Definetly one of the fastest paced enviroments I have ever worked in and thus the huge potential to grow inside this company.

      Work-Life balance is difficult to achieve if you are not higher management
