- attempts at transparency and equity in benefits and pay
- attempts at good communication and consistency
Cons
- management have little experience outside of the org
- ask for staff input, but don't make meaningful changes
- confusing messaging around pay, benefits, transparency, promotions
All of the bad parts of a corporation with none of the good parts of a nonprofit. The work is close to meaningless but it has a law firm vibe. Free cheese it’s do not make up for being treated very poorly. They hire from govt and corporate worlds so no one knows the benefits are actually very bad compared to other non profits. Highly dysfunctional. Please don’t work here
