Pros

Really great snacks in the office

Cons

All of the bad parts of a corporation with none of the good parts of a nonprofit. The work is close to meaningless but it has a law firm vibe. Free cheese it’s do not make up for being treated very poorly. They hire from govt and corporate worlds so no one knows the benefits are actually very bad compared to other non profits. Highly dysfunctional. Please don’t work here

Toxic Founder and Of Counsel

Pros

The office is located in the historic Flood Building in San Francisco.

Cons

The founder and of counsel, who was the Executive Director until very recently, is incredible toxic. The culture is toxic as a result of the founder.
