Pros
If you have a good team with a strong leader it's can be a fun place to work. There are a lot of ways to be creative with the store decor. The customers can be really nice and fun to work with.
Cons
Overall, the corporate office does not care about the stores nor employees.The company has almost no benefits for full-time/management. They only offer vacation time. Those that work in corporate do not know what it is like to work in a store and they have really high expectations that stores really can not meet without cooperation from corporate.

Corporate has no idea of how to run a business, every thing is last minute, there is no forward vision.

Hours and location were nice, enjoyed my customer base, liked the fact that I could build my base, and could run the store as I saw fit at first
Cons
There is no organization, the tech guy runs the company, the turnover in management is through the roof, bad logistics, never now when a shipment is coming in, and NO TRAINING AT ALL
