Pros

Full time remote engineer here. The company has embraced remote work and you can tell most people is working from home; which is a great equalizer for people outside US. Besides that I could mention: * Good pay * 15 PTO days, 20 after the first year. * Bonus to incentivize healthcare and fitness. * Good onboarding program

Cons

* You have to take US holidays, not your countries. * Company has grown a lot. +600 employees. Which I know might be a problem for some people. They do make small teams so I haven't had any issues with the amount of people myself.

Pros

One of the best environments to work is, one where you have peace of mind. No worries about being micro managed or having team leads on your back as you in alot of places. Management ensures that the environment is conducive for thriving! The salary and benefits are surprising good when compared to other companies in the same industry. Did I mention that you are not micro managed? What a blessing!

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but the option to work from home, even if it's just a few days of the week, would make this the job that I never want to leave!!

HomeLight is unmatched. I had the wonderful opportunity of being a part of the team and I've been so appreciative and thankful thus far. The entire team at HomeLight displayed a high level of professionalism and it is with great pleasure I commend their exceptional service to the company. What I admire the most about my job is that management is knowledgeable, friendly and always goes the extra mile to ensure that their employees are well taken care of. At HomeLight your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, you will be recognized and commended for your excellent performance throughout. It is in fact one of the best company's I've worked at !

Cons

So far, I haven't seen any downsides with working at HomeLight.
