Severe Turnover: Turnover rates are shockingly high. Many employees quit abruptly, with some walking out on the spot due to the toxic environment. Unmanageable Workload: You will be answering calls non-stop while also juggling tasks across multiple outdated and painfully slow systems. There’s no time to catch your breath, let alone get your work done. Constant Phone Pressure: You’re expected to be on the phone 24/7. If you step away for even a few minutes, you’ll face backlash. Management will override your phone status to force you back online, even during lunch breaks, because they’re annoyed you’re not taking calls. Understaffing and Weekend Work: The company is severely understaffed, forcing employees to work weekends. The relentless demands make achieving work-life balance impossible. Hybrid Work Issues: Despite hiring for hybrid roles, management constantly threatens to revoke the benefit, requires employees to “prove” readiness well past the 90-day mark, and openly complains about those who work remotely.
