Political and not a company with a growth mindset. Employees and managers quick to look for flaws and mistakes as opposed to working together to grow. The very high turnover says it all. Many are duped by being sold a tremendous opportunity that seldom pans out. Lots of senior managers positioning for upcoming vacancies at the top and will always pass blame down instead of taking any responsibility. CEO is absentee and I feel particularly bad for employees in US being oversold on growth and opportunity with no structure in place to promote success. When in any doubt, they will terminate people and try again with others.

Virtually no organization, random ideas are dreamt up in secret meetings and acted upon with no forethought - then backpeddled when they don't work. The company seems to be trying hard to innovate but are held back by old thinking and a non-collaborative culture. Pay is below average for the industry
